Donald Trump - Seussian - P. A. Nolte

1/ Donald Trump, as he would be drawn by Skottie Young or Chris Giarrusso.  He's got on his suit and tie and is thrusting one arm emphatically up into the air.

A young boy named Donald once lived in New York
Amassing wealth, fame, and blonde models to pork
But discontent, he, with his housing so small
"A tower, I'll build, to rival them all!"

2/ He stands at the very top of a skyscraper still being worked on, Trump Tower, glowering down at the other buildings, cars, and people indistinguishable from such a great height.

So construction began in the heart of the city
A perch to be perched on and look down with pity
At all of the have-nots and do-nots below
The first of its kind!  Cost a mountain of dough!

3/ Little Donald stands at a podium in front of the main entrance. He wields a large pair of scissors, anxious to cut the large ribbon tied around the building.

And in moved elites of all shapes and sizes
Musicians and actors and good merchandisers
They swooned at the sights and at their landlord
Until they realized... were they missing some floors?

4/ Donald pokes at the blueprints.  It's a mostly complete building except for a section about a third of the way up that's merely rickety-looking supports instead of finished shops, offices, and apartments.

"Aha!", said young Donald, with mischievous glee
"Now you shall witness the cleverness of me!"
"Residents belong on the 30th floor!"
"So we skipped a few numbers and charged a bit more!"

5/ In his office, a line of people form out the door.  They've come single file to air their grievances.  Donald is slumped in his chair with his head on his desk.  He's trying to cover himself with his arms.

This scrupuluosness did not go unnoticed
And some of the tenants began to get pissed
Then one day--

6/ Donald Trump, a more adult version, frowning at the collection of crude drawings and incoherent, slanderous rhymes.  He looks over the artist's shoulder at the work on his easel.

Trump: You're fired.  Get out.

Donald Trump: "The Sorting Hair"--David Press

PAGE ONE.

1.1: A SINGLE STRAND OF BLOND HAIR rests comfortably attached to a pale white scalp. The dialogue for this could float up and away from the hair, as if it’s riding hair gel fumes. Maybe the dialogue is unboxed. This whole page is going to be one long pan out.

HAIR [Display Lett]: It was surgery of course.
                                         They just stapled me on.

1.2: There are a couple more strands of hair. Like we’re pulling away from it.

HAIR: It didn’t used to be like this. Of course. It all used to be connected rather than lumped together like a distended banana.

1.3: Now we can see the top of DONALD TRUMP’s head complete with his totally righteous hair do. The way I’m thinking about this page is kind of like Harry Potter’s Sorting Hat in the sense that Trump’s hair is possessed by something otherworldly and is feeding him dialogue.

HAIR: Face it, folks: I’m uncanny. I’m a one-of-a-kind guy from a one-of-a-kind country.

1.4: A full shot of the huge head of Donald Trump. He’s finishing the hair’s dialogue. Let’s make his face as wide as the panel, taking up the rest of the page.

TRUMP: I’m tellin’ you, it’ll be uncanny.
        Uncanny!
And then we’ll make America Great Again.

Donald Trump - Huge - Perry Kent

Panel 1
Interior, conference room. Isaac, a young man in a suit and tie, stands next to two easels. One has a chart on it with a downward trending line and the other has a cloth draped over it. Across the table from him are three chairs that only have their backs visible. Isaac looks nervous.

1. ISAAC: Thank you for coming, I know how busy you are.

Panel 2
Isaac gestures at the chart with the downward line as he explains. He is still clearly nervous.

2. ISAAC: The macro business has been showing a downward trend. The brand isn't really in the minds of people anymore.

Panel 3
Isaac removes the chart paper to reveal another paper with "The Apprentice" stenciled across it and a big red "CANCELED" on it. Isaac has reached peak nervousness.

3. ISAAC: TV provided a great avenue for brand awareness, but it's no longer packing the punch it use to.

4. ISAAC: We need a fresh angle.

Panel 4
Isaac pulls on the cloth that drapes over the other easel.

5. ISAAC: And there is one market that has a dedicated 24 hour news cycle that presents no barrier to someone of your means.

Panel 5
A campaign sign is revealed to be what was under the cloth. It reads "Trump 2016".

6. ISAAC: The race to be President of the United States of America.

7. TRUMP (op): I like it.

Panel 6
Reveal of Trump sitting in the middle of the the three chairs behind the table. On either side are advisors, one a young blonde lady and the other an older white man.

8. TRUMP: This'll be huge.

Donald Trump - Common Cause - Grant McLaughlin

1 - On Baron Zemo, one hand to his chin as if thinking.  He looks somewhat impressed.

BARON ZEMO: Part of me can't help but admire what he's accomplished...

2 - On Doctor Doom, slamming his fists into the top of a table.

DOCTOR DOOM: Doom is disgusted by his enormous ego!

3 - Norman Osborn has one hand up in argumentation, the other pointing towards himself in emphasis.

NORMAN OSBORN: People are falling for his schemes when they should be falling for mine!

4 - Hate-Monger sits at the table, pouting.

HATE-MONGER: He's making people like us look bad.

5 - The Supreme Serpent throws his hands in the air in defeat.

SUPREME SERPENT: His little "alt-right" ploy is stealing perspective recruits!

6 - M.O.D.O.K. holds a giant laser gun (just because) and grins maniacally.  Maybe some drool is going down his face.

M.O.D.O.K.: The man knows nothing of subtlety.

7 - On Red Skull, standing at the head of a board room table, leaning on its surface.  He is obviously displeased.  The previous supervillains (and others) are visible sitting around the table.

RED SKULL (1): Then we're agreed.

RED SKULL (2): Donald Trump must be stopped!

Donald Trump – Trump Card, Pt. 3 – MK Stangeland, Jr.

STEVE (1): Donald Trump?

STEVE (2): Bah, his campaign is already as good as dead already.

Panel 2: STEVE is annoyed as he hears a report from a nearby TV.

TV: Donald Trump has moved to the front of the Republican Primary race!

Panel 3: STEVE is annoyed, more so than in PANEL 1.

STEVE (1): Whatever. It’s only temporary.

STEVE (2): He’ll be out in no time.

Panel 4: STEVE is further annoyed at the TV again.

TV: This just in - Donald Trump is now the official Republican Nominee for President!

Panel 5: STEVE is visibly upset.

STEVE (1): Trump will never be President.

STEVE (2): There is absolutely no way a guy like him could ever get elected!

Panel 6: STEVE fumes at the TV.

TV (1): Breaking news!

TV (2): Donald Trump has just been elected President of the United States!

Panel 7: STEVE has a malevolent and mischievous grin on his face.

STEVE: Donald Trump is sure to be immortal and never die!

Panel 8: STEVE looks to the TV, ready to celebrate.

TV (1): This just in!

TV (2): Donald Trump has just dropped dead…

Panel 9: Follow up cut from PANEL 8. STEVE is noticeably upset from being thwarted again.

TV: …weight off his body! Tune in next to see the amazing new physique he’s now sporting!

Why - Donald Trump

You may love him, you may hate him.

You may think he’s literally a reincarnation of Hitler himself, or you may think he’s the best thing to happen to America in a long time.

You may think he’s saying what needs to be said but that no one else has the guts to say, or you may think his words have no place in polite society.

You may think he’s playing 4th-Dementional Chess, or you may think he has absolutely no idea what he’s doing – if he’s not out to deliberately sabotage himself.

You may think he signals the downfall of the country, or you may think he’s the candidate American needs.

But if there’s one thing you can’t do, especially if you live in the US right now, it’s ignore him.

Business mogul, reality TV star, and now, political candidate for United States President.

Whatever else he may be, Donald J. Trump is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining or terrifying – or maybe even both - people to run for office in a long time.

Which, of course, is exactly the kind of person who’s perfect fodder for writing inspiration.

Have fun!
